We always work hard to ensure your custom items (once the proofs have been approved) are shipped in a timely manner. However, UPS and USPS are experiencing delays across their networks. Due to these delays, we are unable to GUARANTEE delivery by any specific date. No refunds will be given for items arriving later than expected.
We can not update addresses. If you provide the wrong address and want us to change it, we will have to cancel your order. We are also not responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses.

Why eMedia ?
Our vinyl stickers are printed on durable LexJet TOUGHcoat™ AquaVinyl™ PSA, a 5-mil adhesive-backed vinyl with a white point that enables bright, colorful photos to be printed on a durable, weather-resistant surface. (not paper!) using the latest in digital sticker printing technology. We use Aqueous Technology, Aqueous ink is water-based ink (hence the name) that’s free of harmful chemicals. Unlike other water-based inks, the pigment in aqueous ink is suspended within the liquid and sits on top of the printed materials rather than being absorbed.
Aqueous ink is known for its lightfastness. In other words, it can withstand exposure to light without the risk of fading quickly. As this ink is water-based and free of harmful solvents, it’s far more eco-friendly than many inks on the market. Using aqueous ink is sustainable for both the environment and your budget. Aqueous ink is Odor Free, Scratch Resistant and Water Resistant. with an added layer of protection in the form of a UV coated laminate. your labels will be able to last through the use of your product.

Standard processing is 5 business days plus shipping. USPS Priority mail is generally 2-3 business days to most locations.

MOCK UPS/PROOFS

We proof ALL of our orders. Proofs will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account. We cannot move forward with production until we have proof approval. The production countdown does NOT begin until we have approval.

COLOR

Be aware that monitor types vary in how well they can display color and graphics. Individual monitor settings such as brightness, contrast, frequency, temperature, etc. will also affect your color accuracy. What all this boils down to is that images on your monitor will always look somewhat different than the final printed product.

eMedia/eltnmedia llc has no control over how your monitor is calibrated and cannot in any way guarantee what you see color wise is accurate. If you have specific color concerns, please contact us right away and provide uncoated Pantone Color numbers for matching or a real-world example for us to reference.

Pantone color matching may incur additional fees.
